Do you have 24 hour reception?
Our reception hours are from 8am to 12 midnight only. There is no curfew so you can come and go as you like after you check-in.

Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast but we offer free coffee and tea all day. There is a full kitchen that you can cook anytime and a 24-hour supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away. There are also about 100 restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Do you have parking?
Yes - we have a few parking spaces. It is $7 per night to park and we can reserve a space for you.

Do you have Inernet access?
Free WiFi everywhere in the hostel. There is also an Internet cafe a 3 minute walk from the hostel.

What do I need to bring?
We supply all the bedding. Guests provide their own towels or we have towels to rent for $2. You may also want to bring your own lock for a locker or we sell them for $2.

Is it safe?
Yes - very safe. We give you a key for your room and have security lockers in the dorms. We have strict ID requirements and have security cameras in the parking and common areas of the hostel.

Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes. Washers are $2 per load. Dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes, or we have an outdoor clothes line.

Are you downtown?
Yes - we are in an excellent location in the Byward Market. You can walk to almost everything you will want to visit.
